This website collects personal data in one place only: the enquiry form. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising or tracking pixels.

This website is operated by the Association of Corporate Sustainability & Upcycling Network (CSUN). In this policy, "we" and "us" mean CSUN.

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your organisation, if you give it
• The area of interest you select
• Your message

We use these details only to read and reply to your enquiry, and to continue the conversation if a collaboration follows. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

Your enquiry is delivered by email to CSUN's committee. Our website and email are hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which processes the data on our behalf in order to deliver it.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are needed to deal with the enquiry and any collaboration that results, and delete them when they no longer serve that purpose.

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to our using it. If the law of another country applies to you, you may have further rights, and we will honour them.

If the way this website handles personal data changes, this page will change first, and the date at the top will be updated.
